Sensing Signals: Vehicle sensors such as accelerometer, vehicle height sensor, wheel speed sensor, and steering angle sensor collect real-time data on road conditions (e.g., bumps, inclines), driving operations (e.g., acceleration, braking, steering), and vehicle dynamics (e.g., roll, pitch). The data update frequency can reach over 1000 times per second.
ECU Calculation and Decision-Making: After receiving sensor signals, the Electronic Control Unit (ECU) quickly determines the current needs (e.g., "soft damping is needed when going over speed bumps" or "strong support is needed for sharp turns") using a preset algorithm (combined with parameters such as vehicle load and driving mode) and sends damping adjustment commands to the shock absorbers.
